Most bookings do not require a deposit. However, Turo’s system may apply a refundable security deposit (typically $500) depending on factors like the vehicle class and the driver's age.

What is the fuel policy?
Our "like-for-like" policy is simple: please return the car with the same level of fuel it had at pickup. There is a petrol station located just 2 minutes from the Newcastle Airport (NTL) entrance for easy refuelling. Don't want the hassle of filling up? Don't worry! Simply select the 'prepaid fuel' service at the time of booking, and return the vehicle at any fuel level!
Are pets allowed in our rental vehicles?
