  • Step 1: Book & Personalise: Browse our fleet of late-model MGs and book via the Turo platform. Choose your protection plan and add any extras.
     

  • Step 2: Digital Verification: Safety and security are our priorities. Complete a quick, one-time ID verification through the Turo app. Just upload your driver's license and a selfie—it takes less than 2 minutes and can be done before you even leave home (we're also piloting accepting Australian digital licences - ask us about this!).
     

  • Step 3: Remote Unlock & Drive: Forget hunting for a key locker or waiting for a host. When you arrive at the car, use the unlock link sent to your mobile phone, to remote unlock the vehicle. The keys will be waiting for you inside. Just jump in and hit the road!

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I find the car?

Once you are within 10 minutes of your trip commencing, you will receive an automatic SMS on your mobile phone. This SMS will include check-in instructions and a link to view your vehicle unlock dashboard. Click on the link, and navigate to your rental using the inbuilt navigation from the vehicle unlock dashboard. Once you have located your rental vehicle, simply go back into the vehicle unlock dashboard and click on the 'unlock vehicle' button. You will find the keys inside the vehicle.

What if I need help during my trip?

Even though it’s contactless, we aren't invisible! We are local Newcastle hosts available via the Turo app or phone calls! In addition to this, you can also have road side assistance included into your booking through Turo. Our friendly Turo customer service representatives are also available 24/7 to assist you with any enquiries that you may have.

What about fuel and tolls?

Our cars come with a full tank of fuel—just return it full (unless you have paid extra for prepaid fuel)! For tolls, the car is equipped with an e-tag. We’ll simply send you a reimbursement request via Turo for any tolls used after your trip ends.
