Arriving at the Terminal
Welcome to the Hunter! By booking with Newcastle Car Rentals, you’ve chosen to skip the long queues and paperwork at the traditional airport rental desks. Your vehicle is located in the Mid Stay Car Park, a 24/7, well-lit car park designed for a seamless, contactless transition from the terminal to the road.
Finding your car is simple and takes approximately 4–6 minutes on foot from the arrivals hall:

Exit the Terminal: Once you’ve collected your luggage, exit through the main arrivals doors and turn to the left.

Follow the Pedestrian Path: Look for the signs pointing towards the Mid Stay car park.

Arrive at the Mid Stay Car Park: Once you have arrived at the Mid Stay car park, locate the boom gates.

Locate the parking boom gates: We park our fleet as close as possible to the boom gates. Your specific location and vehicle registration will be sent to you via SMS app 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
