Step 1: Instant Confirmation (The "No-Surprise" Guarantee)

When you book via our platform, you aren't booking a "compact car or similar." You are booking a specific vehicle—whether it's the sleek MG3 Auto for a city run or the 2026 MG ZS for a family trip. You get instant confirmation and the peace of mind that the car you see is the car you’ll drive.


Step 2: Digital Verification

Up to 24 hours before your trip starts, you’ll upload your driver’s license via our secure portal. This replaces the "desk check." We verify your identity digitally, so by the time you land in Newcastle, the paperwork is already a thing of the past.


Step 3: The 10-Minute Countdown

Ten minutes before your booking commences, you will receive a secure Digital Unlock Link on your smartphone. No need to meet a staff member or hunt for a hidden key box.


Step 4: Locate & Unlock
